לרפואה שלמה לכל חולי ע"י
Every person to whom there has been a נס גלוי Nes Gallu ~ Miracle must festaggiare evident on that day.
Every Jewish Community World decreed a day of celebration on the day when there was a certain נס גלוי Nes Gallu ~ Miracle evident that saved the community from a particular threat.
Very often these days are called by the name "Purim" - with a suffix that recalls the particular Nes.
Tripolini In particular, they have added two Purim, called פורים אשריף 'Purim Ashrif' and פורים בורג 'ול' Purim Burgiul 'respectively 23 and 29 of Tevet.
Shabbat we read after the previous קדיש תתקבל 'Kaddish Titqabal' immediately after the Teffillàh Shakharit מי כמוכה a poem called 'I Kamokhà', dedicated to the event, similar to what happens on Shabbat preceding Purim. I note that those who do not have the opportunity to read it at that time can read it later, and certainly should not miss reading the Torah in public HaQedoshàh to read it. And 'I can not find the text of the book Kamokhà "minhag Luv" in the chapter on "Purim minhag.
the same day of Purim:
- using משלוח מנות Mishloach Manot gift of at least one jew (Tripoli, as others have no Miẓwah)
- avoid working if possible, unless the source is not absent from work for loss or other conditions where you can work HaMo'ed Chol.
- תחנונים Tachanunim not recite the law and their place in the Shakharit two Mizmor Tehillim מן המצר "Min hametz" (Tehillim 118) and the 'הלל הגדול HaGadol Hallel (Tehillim 136). [It should be a clear concept - where the audience recite the Tachanunim is necessary to recite the entire audience - and then where you can not recite it is only when a person has minjian (but it's better letting us) or when the minjian is that Tripolini are following.]
This use is closely Tripoli and does not make sense that others do so, as not relevant to the Nes happened, then they have no Miẓwah to make such gestures. It is also not good to lose tachanunim, established as part of Teffillàh of the most important.
follows the story of Purim Tripolini added in brief:
Purim Ashrif
In 5465 ('705 EV) was offended the honor of a Tunisian Government, called Abrahim Ashrif שר"י. The Pirates led by the Libyan government, Libyan (ex-general who took the government by force) have plundered a ship containing gifts by the Egyptian government for the Tunisian Government. To avenge the insult immediately Ashrif door to Libya 10,000 elite soldiers with him in the head, in order to slaughter all in Tripoli with a deadly weapon, without any distinction. just to hear it's astonishing figures were offered not to implement the threat, to no avail. The Libyan government tries to oppose, but in vain, because most of its troops died in a plague which took place shortly before. After his fall, the residents of Tripoli and the surrounding have sought to mitigate the boiling of Ashrif, trying to convince one of his generals to speak for peace futile effort, as Ashrif wanted to complete his revenge.
The Jewish community in Tripoli, led by the Rabbenu Yossef Dayan 'Aghiv ז"ל, declared public days of fasting, including the work of defending the city. The siege lasted several months, while Rash'à meanwhile, has destroyed the suburbs, violence looting and destruction. In send two thousand soldiers in reconnaissance, in the month of Kislev was left with a massacre among its soldiers who were discovered, causing an effect of discomfort among the comrades left behind. After a month of Tevet 23, the governor fled Ashrif definitely no apparent reason. The Threat is escaped and the sages have established such a day like Purim festivities for all future generations!
Purim Burgiul
year 5553 ('793 EV). Ali Burgiul שר"י, comes with 9 ships of troops from Turkey and carry out a coup with which ruled for two years, oppressing the people by means of violence and abuse in order to extort money, especially the Jews יע"א in Tripoli. In 5555 ('795 EV) after viciously killed two Jewish youth to the stake and having subdued the Jews and even forced the children to do hard labor and חילול שבת Chillul ~ Shabbat desecration of the Shabbat to satisfy his craving for wealth, has been a popular revolt that forced him to escape, by stopping the oppression. Thus bringing salvation to all Jews, especially those who had suffered the unjust decree. The full story is described in I Kamokhà of Rabbi Avraham Khalfon ז"ל, Tripoli great rabbi of the time.
