You all know that almost everywhere there are committees that often define neighborhood committees and are often combined to the so-called Combating Degradation . What many probably you do not know is that these committees are not always as they claim to be representative and that sometimes will not even have any contact with people who claim to represent (although it does not mean that there are probably people who share their ideas).
There are committees, for example, which practically coincides with the total Board members. Committees where there are 4-5 people who decide what to do and what to declare on behalf of the citizens of the district. Committees in which each of these often take 4-5 members independently the decision to declare something on behalf of the entire committee (and thus the citizens of the District ..).
Many of these committees were created following the new definition Degradation spread of a few years ago thanks to the media and speaking skills agitators crowds have ridden the wave at the right time, taking advantage of the growing intolerance on the part of "good citizens" compared to lifestyles " people of the night ", and managed to give a political (or politician), maybe doing the collections of signatures (of success) to solve some specific problems shared, but often without discussing the details with those who supported them ..
What I did not know these people who support them (and what you probably never knew) is that some of these committees, after the first fiery contacts with citizens, have stopped making public meetings, have stopped collecting signatures, they stopped even to inform citizens of their ideas for action and their initiatives, but have not stopped assume the right to be the One True representatives of the people, and certainly not have stopped at every opportunity to exploit the data found in those dated to the liking of signatures gathered, arguing that he still has the support of those people in all subsequent steps.
These committees, therefore, are composed of people who exploit the considerable political clout who have won just to make their interests, they are not willing to accept mediation of any kind, nor with institutional bodies, who are so arrogant and do not even have the care not to make people understand that their committee is a farce and not have any contacts with the citizens it claims to represent (except finding a few dozen extras when they have to do pseudo events).
I mean that I have not ever allowed to write a public statement in which I was signing "project participants: Pratello, a way to Bologna" , as I was really in touch with almost all the participants and I knew how to write things that are also shared by them (as I did not do nothing but bring ideas and assessments emerged from the debate in the assembly), while there are people that are part of committees that are used to make statements (public or private) signed with the name of the Committee. Persons to whom I asked explicitly, as a citizen living in Bologna, to be alerted when they had a meeting or when they had to disclose a statement on behalf of the Committee (and the residents like me), but that I have ever experienced. People who dare to defame Pratello saying that the project consists of a handful of people in cahoots with the operators who do anything to exclude others from the discussions, when they are not the first to seek the advice of those who might have ideas different from them (for example, I. ..) and even others. People who first make a statement a newsletter (which also involved institutional figures) signed with his name and then, once silenced by the other, they respond by continuing the conversation with an email on behalf of the Committee in which they use tones of menace! And all within an hour, not even time to hear the other 4 members of the Committee ...
So in conclusion, I invite everyone to try to make contact with the Committees of their neighborhood, because I can not name names, and then just redoing my own experience you will understand what are the Phantom and what committees are committees that are really the neighborhood ...
